A trained and experienced educator, her idea of education is to implement positive learning strategies, actively engage with students and teachers, and build long lasting relationships with the school community of staff, students and parents, in order to build strong individuals with social sensitivities. With effective communication, critical thinking, rapid decision making, problem solving and strong interpersonal and curriculum planning skills, she oversees daily school operations ensuring and upholding curricular standards. Managing both teaching and non-teaching personnel through systems and structures implemented to cultivate, hire, develop, and retain diverse, highly-effective staff including school leadership team members speaks of her effectiveness as a school administrator.

Her previous work experience of having worked in various reputed organisations such as St. Xavier’s Collegiate School (B. Ed. Department as Physical Sciences Subject & Method Instructor, Calcutta), Our Lady Queen of the Missions (Calcutta), Yashodham High School (Assistant Teacher and Secondary Section Supervisor, Goregaon), Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, Thane (ICSE Physics & Mathematics, ICSE Grade 10 Physics Board Examiner), Dhirubhai Ambani International School (Teacher & Science Subject Head ICSE, ICSE Grade 10 Physics Board Examiner and Team Leader, Teacher IGCSE & IB Physics, Mumbai), Singapore International School (IGCSE & IB, Dahisar, Mumbai), Poddar Brio International School (, Badlapur, as the founding Principal) and as a Senior Manager Academic Operations at VIBGYOR, Mumbai (overseeing all ICSE and ISC schools pan India), and having taught through both National (ICSE & Physics & Mathematics) and International curriculum (IB & IGCSE Physics) has shaped her as a motivational leader who leverages organizational skills to develop programs to improve teacher performance, assist students in understanding class material better, to protect and enhance children’s abilities, interests, languages and cultural backgrounds, and undertake any duties set by the management team that will assist in the day-to-day running of the school, thus promoting the values and philosophy of school.

She firmly believes that teachers, along with students, are one of the important pillars of the school and ensures that teachers receive appropriate support to meet goals. It is her endeavour to ensure academic progress and trackingby ensuring instructional excellence and setting performance benchmarks with in-depth understanding of standardised testing and procedures as governed by NEP 2020 and NCF 2022. Her areas of expertise include Education Administration, Classroom Evaluation & Teacher Audit, Teacher Training, Mentoring & Development, Academic performance, Health & Safety regulations for all, Student Discipline, IT implementation and enhancements, Curriculum Planning, School Personnel & Teacher Management, Educational Leadership and Conflict Resolution. As a firm believer of holistic development of students she has also been involved and associated with school student council body, as CAS supervisor [creative action and service projects (IB)], IAYP [International Award for Young People, run under the direction of the Duke of Edinburgh Award (DoE)] activities (as IAYP trained leader), sporting & non-sporting events, various co-curricular activities and has led students and team on national and international conferences..
